About me
Dr. Josephine W. Muchiri is the CEO and founder of PRAS, a space hub that nurtures upcoming mental health researchers and provides holistic treatment strategies for children ,adolescents and families with underlying issues.
She also co-founded the Innerchild Haven Therapy Program, which provides a safe space for individuals to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.
She has a master's degree in guidance and counseling from Kenyatta University and a doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Daystar University. Her areas of expertise include cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

In psychoanalysis, we focus on changing problematic behaviors by understanding the unconscious meanings and motivations behind them.
